I always feel the weight of responsibility when we sell a house that has been in the family for so long. It really can be very emotional for the sellers (unsurprisingly). This great little house will need someone very special then to bring it up to date. I love the layout of the houses on this side of the road, especially the wide landing with its large window which looks like it is crying out for a desk or sumptuous chaise longue! Most exciting though is the garage found behind the house. It’s so rare to find potential off road parking in this area (although you would almost certainly need to apply to have the kerb dropped despite having been used for many decades!). This is likely to sell really quickly so don’t delay, especially given its popular position accessible to the town centre.
