In over twenty five years of estate agency, you would have thought I’d become immune to the emotions behind selling a property. This is all too often not the case though and I have a real soft spot for both the seller and her property here. To be trusted to sell her much-loved home after nearly thirty years there (with all the emotions that brings) is a real honour. Any new owner will be very lucky indeed – the house has a wonderful tranquil charm and its position (quiet yet temptingly close to Marks and Spencer’s coffee shop) is a real appeal. Come and see why I love it!
