I was involved with this development way back when it was first being built and it is so interesting to see how people have adapted and stamped their mark on them over the years. The owners of this ‘Leicester’ style townhouse have done an amazing job on it – one of the best I have seen. I’d actually rather have this restyled version that a detached house on the estate given its bedroom sizes and great corner plot. This is going to go (quickly I think) to one very lucky buyer!
