Empathy in this crazy world is a rare and wonderful thing and I genuinely did not expect it from a group of people I hardly knew but, you have endeavoured to care as much for me as you have for the sale of my mother’s property.

I have been very impressed with the professionalism and personal service that I received during the process of selling. I live 175 miles away but it never felt like it as the flow of information and updates were so very reassuring and pitched at exactly the right level. We encountered a hitch but you went beyond my expectations to help resolve it and keep the sale going, certainly going the extra mile for the client.
