I was particularly impressed with the ongoing advice about scheduled viewings, feedback and your willingness to help with peripheral matters like minor repairs and cleaning,  given that I was not locally based and able to be there personally.

Megan and her staff have been superb right from the outset, we are convinced that nobody could have improved on the wonderful service we received.
