Anne was our first contact with Megan Baker and offered us honesty, reliability and a service that has suited our professional and personal needs. The communication with us was fantastic and all matters were dealt with efficiently and quickly. Grace was also so great at supporting with little hurdles and made it seem like no effort to sort. In all honesty selling a house is stressful but the team at MB got us through with care, speed and certainly knowing the local market.

I was particularly impressed with the ongoing advice about scheduled viewings, feedback and your willingness to help with peripheral matters like minor repairs and cleaning,  given that I was not locally based and able to be there personally.

Anne, Megan, Jennifer and the team at Megan Bakers have been fantastic throughout our house sale. Communication has been great, with almost daily updates from the team. If you’re contemplating some of the web-only agents then I seriously urge you to consider the other benefits you receive from using a local agent. I hope that we won’t be using any more estate agents for a long while, but if we do, it will be Megan and the team!

It has been such a pleasure dealing with the various team members especially Grace and Anne – they have been superb in their customer service and support . I have been informed about every development and nothing was too much trouble .
